Ghislaine Maxwell Victim Speaks Out Amid Trump Pardon Dis…

As the Department of Justice (DOJ) speaks with Jeffrey Epstein’s close associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and Donald Trump publicly flirts with the idea of pardoning the convicted sex offender, alleged victim Annie Farmer has spoken out.
In an interview with ABC News, Farmer spoke about seeing all the political fallout over the DOJ and FBI claiming that Epstein had no “client list” and Trump reportedly being informed that his name appeared in the unreleased Epstein files. She said it’s been “pretty exhausting” seeing everything unfold again, and specifically talked about Maxwell’s role in abetting Epstein’s decades of child abuse.
“She was initially very charming, I think really working to put me at ease, asking me questions about myself, about my life as a high school student,” she explained, as seen in the clip below. “Over the course of my time [with her], her behavior towards me changed. It became clear that she was interested in grooming me towards providing these massages for Epstein and actually abusing me herself.”
She said that she heard that Maxwell had spoken to the DOJ last week, and she finds it “very disappointing” that these conversations are so secretive.
“There were so many young girls and women that were harmed by her,” she continued. “She didn’t just procure girls and women for Epstein, but she herself participated in their abuse. I think that’s an important thing to understand. She also made threats. She made threats to my sister, to our family, when it was clear that my sister had been reported her. I think to be told that, suddenly, she’s being brought to the table as a potential source of information when she’s previously been charged with perjury by the government is very confusing and unsettling.”
She reiterated that Maxwell was an active participant in the alleged abuse she faced, and she’s “not a victim.” Farmer said it would be “devastating” if Maxwell was to be released from prison, whether it be a commuted sentence or a presidential pardon. “This was the one person who had been prosecuted for their crimes,” she said. “I’ve heard from so many people that the fact that someone was held accountable was really significant.”
Her interview comes just as Trump, on Monday (July 28), reiterated that he could pardon Ghislaine Maxwell, but he hasn’t been asked to do so.
“Well, I’m allowed to give her a pardon, but I—nobody’s approached me with it. Nobody’s asked me about it,” he said, per Politco. “It’s in the news about that, that aspect of it, but right now, it would be inappropriate to talk about it.” Maxwell is appealing her conviction, with her lawyer arguing that she’s a “scapegoat” for the whole Epstein case. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 for her involvement in decades of grooming and sexual abuse.
Trump has continually attempted to distance himself from Epstein and Maxwell in recent months, despite reportedly being told that his name appears “multiple times” in the Epstein files and the numerous public appearances he made with the disgraced financier. Recently, he remarked that he “never had the privilege” of going to Epstein’s infamous island, where he allegedly invited famous clients to have sex with underage girls.
