Jadakiss Trashes Complex Hip-Hop Media Power Rankings: ‘F…

Jadakiss has had enough of Complex‘s lists, voicing his upset over his and Fat Joe‘s placement on this year’s Hip-Hop Media Power Rankings list.

On the latest episode of Joe & Jada, Kiss, along with Joe, discussed their No. 15 position. While Joe admitted he cares about where they landed, Jada struck a more defiant tone.

“I don’t give a fuck about the hip-hop list or the podcast,” he said (around the 30-minute mark in the video above), referencing Complex‘s The Best Music Podcasts Right Now, where they were also featured. “Fuck that list! Both of them! I don’t give a fuck about either one of ’em! How you like that?!”

After laughing off Jada’s rant, Joe went on to match his co-host’s energy before bringing up Shannon Sharpe, who was placed at No. 14, one spot ahead of them on the Hip-Hop Media Power Rankings list.

“I’m just trying to tell you, does anybody care about the list? ‘Cause I wanna know, if there’s people on the list looking back, like, ‘Yo, they coming,” Joe said, speaking to the fact that they were not even ranked last year, and still managed to catapult themselves to No. 15, just a few months after their podcast debuted.

While Kiss may be indifferent, to say the least, about even appearing on the Hip-Hop Media Power Rankings list at this point, he is certainly not the only who has an issue with where they were ranked.

As Joe mentioned at the beginning of the latest episode, he and Jada want to be No. 1. Everyone on that list would say the same thing.
