Johnny Manziel Wants to Slap Gillie Da Kid For Cam Newton…

Johnny Manziel wants to slap Gillie Da Kid for making a joke about Cam Newton not winning a Super Bowl.

A clip of Gillie Da Kid recently surfaced from his birthday party where he celebrated Jalen Hurts for his part in winning the Philadelphia Eagles a second Super Bowl trophy. While holding a trophy, Gillie showered Jalen Hurts and former Eagles QB Nick Foles (who was instrumental in winning the Eagles’ first trophy) with praise. At the same time, he brought up Newton’s lack of trophies.

“Cam ain’t ever had one of these,” said Gillie in the clip. “I ain’t going back and forth with you, n***a. Thank you, Jalen. Appreciate you, Jalen. Love you, Nick.”

Manziel stepped up for Newton in a series of posts threatening bodily harm to the podcaster.

“Yo @gilliedakid you may be the biggest fucking loser on the planet,” wrote Manziel on X. “Talking like you’ve fucking done anything on a football field. If I see you just know I’m going to slap the fuck out of you, trust.”

“I love million dollaz worth of game but that’s the corniest shit I’ve ever seen in my life,” he added. “Can’t wait for this response… Just set up the Rough & Rowdy and let’s call it a day.”

If that wasn’t enough disrespect, Manziel doubled down like two back-back first down throws with another diss.

“Take Jalens dick out of your mouth for a couple minutes,” he wrote. “Pretty sure he’s already got a chick.”

Gillie and Newton have had their issues ever since Newton, a former NFL QB and now the host of a successful YouTube series, didn’t rate Hurts in his top ten list of quarterbacks for the 2025 season. The two have exchanged words on their platforms — most famously, when Gillie recorded a video telling Newton to “shut your tight jeans wearing ass up.”

“What you do? You want MVP? Won a Super Bowl? Win the Super Bowl MVP? And you hating on him? ‘Cause he did what you couldn’t do, win a Super Bowl! Anything the two of ’em! So when you hate on him, just know you wasn’t better than him,” added Gillie, defending Hurts.

Newton responded on 4th&1 by saying, “There will be no playing with my name.” Then he brought up the comments he previously made about Gillie’s music.

“Where I’m from Gillie, we stab, and we twist,” said Newton. “When you go low, I go to hell.”
