Adin Ross Vows to Help TikToker Heston James Facing 9-Yea…

Adin Ross wants to do everything in his power to help a viral TikToker who’s facing nine years in jail.
While streaming, Ross brought up a TikToker known as Heston James, who was recently arrested by police in Arizona after they connected him to a series of incidents in which he posed as an employee at local businesses to create chaotic content.
Since James was charged with burglary, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and criminal impersonation and could face up to nine years and eight months in jail, Ross revealed that he’s ready to step up and help out.
“Here’s my thing, there are people who deserve to go to jail for a long time and they get less than him,” said Ross. “You know what I’m trying to say? Like, 9 years for fucking pranks?”
Ross continued on, promising to help him out. “I’m gonna help him, fuck it. Let’s help him out,” Ross said. “Tell Heston I got him. My lawyer wants to take on this case. We’re gonna get him out of there. I ain’t gonna lie, though. These fees are about to be six figures, but he’s a kid. I’ll do it.”
Late last month, police officer Jessica Ells of Tempe, Arizona, spoke to AZ Family about James’ charges. “These videos are definitely not pranks. They are crossing the line from something that’s fun and playful into criminal territory. They’re breaking laws,” she said. “They are going into these businesses and impersonating the employees. That actually is a felony charge.”
James isn’t the only prankster to face the wrath of the law recently. In December, Charles Smith was arrested for spraying bug killer on food at a Walmart Supercenter in Mesa, Arizona. Police hit him with a felony charge for introducing poison, criminal damage, theft, and endangerment.
