Zoë Kravitz Scared Off by Aggressive Bee at ‘Caught Steal…

A curious bee got a little too close for comfort for Zoë Kravitz, who had to walk away from her Caught Stealing co-stars when the insect got all up in her face.

Kravtiz was front and center with Austin Butler and director Darren Aronofsky Wednesday, August 20 posing on the carpet as flashes went off at the London premiere event.

However, a pesky bee also decided to get in on the action—flying a little too close for Kravtiz’s liking. In the hilarious moment, Kravitz waves her hand while exclaiming, “Oh my God!”

Lucky for Kravitz, Butler didn’t seem too disturbed by the insect, stepping in to wave it off as Kravitz walked away from the photo op to regain her composure for another round of photos.

The bee returned just a few seconds later, even landing on Butler’s jacket before it decided to fly off and leave the trio alone. Luckily, no one was stung in the ordeal and the premiere continued on without issue.

Kravitz and Butler got close during the filming of the project, Page Six reported the two attended at least one event together outside of the production, fueling some potential dating rumors.

Butler revealed he gained 35 pounds for the role to make it look like he had a drinking problem, revealing in an interview that Aronofsky would send him photos of various baseball players as motivation to bulk up.

Funny enough, Butler was also on hand at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals back in May when there was another incident with a bee and one of his costars.

During the premiere of the film Eddington, a rogue bee also attempted to steal the spotlight from Butler, Emma Stone and Pedro Pascal. Once again, Butler attempted to save the day by blowing air in the insect’s direction before Pascal shooed it away with his hand.
