Nike Astrograbber Fir Phantom IH2341-300
Originally released in 1974, the Nike Astrograbber was purpose-built to perform on America’s nascent artificial turf football fields. Arriving only a year after the Waffle Trainer, the silhouette came with an innovative, studded outsole for maximum traction and maneuverability. Today, Nike is resurfacing the vintage silhouette with an updated interpretation that straddles its sporty lineage and current streetwear allure.
In 2025, the all-leather silhouette is available in a striking combination of Fir green and Phantom tones. Sail accents help add contrast, while a tinted Fir outsole adds a premium touch. Additional laces are included with the pair, completing the detail-oriented retro treatment from Nike. Though once a gridiron exclusive, the Astrograbber’s sleek, streamlined design should easily transition into a contemporary lifestyle staple.
The Nike Astrograbber “Fir/Phantom” will launch August 26th on SNKRS and select retail partners for $135.
