Tom Brady Wishes Oldest Son Jack a Happy 18th Birthday
Tom Brady’s oldest kiddo is officially an adult, and dad couldn’t help but gush over his son in a new post on Instagram.
Brady posted a series of photos with Jack, who he shares with Bridget Moynahan—wishing him a happy 18th birthday.
Brady writes, “From little steps to big dreams, happy birthday Jack. You’ve always shown grace, courage, love and kindness since God blessed us with your arrival. I’m so proud of the man you are! Welcome to adulthood, it comes with higher credit card limits, bigger bills, and no curfew… OK maybe not all at once!”
He continues, “There is a saying that a dad’s heart soars with his children’s happiness, not with his own…truer words could not be spoken. We love you so much and I know this will be your best year yet.”
The birthday posts comes only days after Brady shared some shots of himself with Jack on a golf course, where some of Brady’s NFL pals noticed the then 17-year-old had officially grown taller than his 6’5″ father … teasing dad in the process.
Brady’s former teammate and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Mike Evans commented, “Is Jack standing on something? Besides business lol.”
Former New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski got in on the action too, commenting, “Jack is way more beastly than you.”
Brady and Moynahan split back in 2006 just before it was publicly revealed Moynahan was pregnant with their son.
Brady also has a son and a daughter—Benjamin and Vivian with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. Brady and Bündchen got married back in 2009 before finalizing their divorce in 2022.
At the time of their divorce, Brady released a statement saying, “In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.”
Bündchen has since gone on to welcome a child with iu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
