The Air Jordan MVP 92 “Medium Olive” is the latest in Jordan Brand’s recent run of heritage-inspired lifestyle hybrids.
In Medium Olive, Khaki, University Red, and Black, this pair has a more rugged, versatile aesthetic.
It’s an upscale suede upper with mesh side panels for ventilation. The tongue features a big red Jumpman with Flight script, a subtle but sweet detail. The molded Nike Air branding at the heel as part of a TPU overlay provides stability while playing on classic Jordanian details. A khaki midsole and speckled outsole bring out the earthy tones, and a University Red Jumpman on the traction sole pops nicely.
Speaking of traction soles—there’s another sweet detail sneakerheads will appreciate. The “Medium Olive” uses an outsole pop to really make the otherwise-muted color scheme shine. Overall, this iteration also seems more versatile than some of the previous MVP 92 drops have been, so the more neutral base may help in everyday rotation.
