Dream Kardashian Enters the Family Business With Her NYFW…

Dream Kardashian is already carving her own lane in the world that her family knows so well.
E! News was on hand on September 13, when the 8-year-old daughter of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna walked the runway at the Indie Fashion Show during New York Fashion Week 2025, marking her second consecutive year on one of fashion’s biggest stages.
This time, Dream wore a navy blazer dress with puffed sleeves and a front slit, paired with black Converse sneakers that kept the look playful and age-appropriate.
Her curls were styled half-up, completing the runway-ready vibe. Videos from the event captured her confidence as she smiled through her walk, with her mom cheering from the sidelines. Blac Chyna shared the moment on Instagram Stories the next day.
Fashion Week appearances aren’t new for Dream. In 2024, she made her debut at the Zeus & Lexi Kids show, documenting the experience on her own Instagram. “NY Fashion week,” she wrote at the time. “I had so much fun, until next time.” That post also included a thank you to both of her parents: “Traveling State to State. Thank you Mommy & Daddy.”
Both parents have shown support as Dream explores modeling. While Rob has largely stayed private, Blac Chyna has been open about encouraging her daughter’s growth.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight late last year, Chyna said she sees her daughter’s potential extending beyond fashion: “I feel like Dream is going to be a businesswoman and a leader because she has all the elements.”
She added that her parenting approach is rooted in example, saying, “I’m instilling what she needs now organically by watching me. And that’s the best way to learn. Just to be confident and understand family values and how to treat people.”
The spotlight on Dream has at times intersected with the complicated history between her parents and the wider Kardashian circle. In 2023, Khloé Kardashian called herself a “third parent” to Dream before clarifying that she simply loves her niece “beyond measure.”
Earlier this year, Tristan Thompson referred to Dream as his “daughter,” prompting a public reminder from Chyna: “Dream has one mother, Angela White, and one father, Robert Kardashian.”
