Dame Dash Swings at Charlamagne for Trying to Hold His Ha…

Dame Dash seemingly tried to smack Charlamagne Tha God’s hand away after the radio host attempted to hold it.

The situation unfolded during Dash’s latest visit to The Breakfast Club, where he both antagonized and was antagonized by the show’s hosts — particularly Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy.

After several tense back-and-forth exchanges about whether Dash is ‘broke,’ if Charlamagne is gay, and whether DJ Envy is being investigated for a RICO, emotions ran high when Charlamagne attempted to confront Dash about his habits (around the 41:20 mark).

After several tense back-and-forth conversations about whether Dash is “broke,” if Charlamagne is gay, and whether DJ Envy is getting investigated for a RICO, emotions seemingly ran high when Charlamagne attempted to tell Dash about his habits (around the 41:20 mark).

“It’s like you’re always on camera explaining what’s going on in your life,” said Charlamagne. Dash came back immediately with what he thinks is one of Charlamagne’s habits. “And you’re always on camera talking about other people like a girl,” he said.

Charlamagne’s response of “So are you” prompted Dash to ask the room to unpack what just happened. While swinging his hands in the air while talking automatically, Charlamagne took the chance to reach over as if he was about to hold Dash’s hand.

In a blur, Dash cocked his hand back and seemingly attempted to slap the radio host’s hand with the white hot intensity of one thousand suns — but, as soon as he started, he pulled back his earth-shattering power at the very last second as if he caught himself before making a terrible mistake.

“I’m about to…Yo. Don’t do that,” said Dash as Charlamagne antagonistically cackled beside him. Dash nearly left the interview afterwards, but decided to stick around to continue the conversation.

Dash’s attempted physical destruction of Charlamagne’s hand wasn’t even the wildest part of the interview. Elsewhere in the conversation, Dash responded to Charlamagne’s claim that the internet has “got your head crazy” by calling him a girl.

“How do you know?” Dame asked. “Y’all don’t come outside. There’s no windows in here. This shit is crazy. Look at the dark curtain […] Y’all behind the stage of a curtain. Y’all in the coffin. I would never. This is uninspiring. Dirty and all that shit. You’re a girl. You clean this shit up.”
