Brock Lesnar, Wife Rena ‘Sable’ Lesnar Have an Enduring M…

Wrestling legend Brock Lesnar is all bluster and bravado inside and out of the ring.
However, in his personal life, and when speaking about his wife, Rena “Sable” Lesnar, he shows a more emotional side. Theirs is an enduring marriage.
Known as “Sable” to WWE fans, Rena Lesnar was a force in the ring herself.
“Today’s women of WWE owe Sable a lot of gratitude. After all, she defined what it means to be a woman in the rough world of WWE,” her bio on the WWE site says.
According to People, Brock Lesnar married his wife in 2006.
“I don’t think my wife has ever regretted saying yes. I can tell you, I’ve never regretted it for a single moment. We were meant to be together,” he wrote in his 2011 memoir, according to People.
Lesnar is back in the ring on September 20 facing John Cena at Wrestlepalooza 2025 in Indianapolis.
“Breathtakingly beautiful and tough inside the ring, Sable debuted in 1996 when she accompanied a young Triple H to the ring at WrestleMania XII,” the WWE bio for Sable adds.
“Their alliance was short-lived as The Game mistreated his valet and ‘Wildman’ Marc Mero came to her rescue,” it says. “The glamorous pair captured the imagination of WWE fans as Mero briefly held the Intercontinental Championship. But when The Wildman was sidelined by a knee injury in 1997, Sable remained in the WWE spotlight, and she became far more popular than her Superstar husband.”
The WWE continued: “In Sable’s last WWE run in 2003 and 2004, she found new rivals in Torrie Wilson and Stephanie McMahon. She also served as a trusted confidante of Mr. McMahon in a war with Stephanie. But despite her evil tendencies, WWE fans loved to see Sable.”
“Whether she is remembered as the Diva of WWE Divas or a magazine cover girl, one thing is certain: Sable was a pioneer who broke new ground for the ladies of the ring. That may be her greatest legacy,” the bio says.
A 2011 profile on Brock Lesnar in Sports Illustrated described his comeback from injuries (12 inches of intestine removed) and also discussed his marriage.
“I don’t think another woman would have lasted with me. We’ve been together for eight, nine years,” he told SI. “…Me and her, we’re level, you know? We get it. I’m not so into communication sometimes, and she understands that. But she doesn’t let me take the easy way out. She’s a solid rock in my life. I can’t imagine coming home to someone different.”
