Dame Dash Tells Cam’ron, 50 Cent ‘I Don’t Wanna Fight Wit…

Dame Dash says he’d “prefer to squash this” rather than continue publicly feuding with Cam’ron and 50 Cent.

The latest remarks from the Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder come after an extensive back-and-forth, with Cam, notably, making headlines over the weekend for saying the “point of no return” had been reached. According to Dame, however, the moment represents an opportunity to set any differences aside and potentially work together, albeit not on the upcoming Paid in Full series.

“I’m sitting here on the dock looking at the view and I’m thinking, like, why am I beefing with Cam?” Dame said in a video shared to Instagram on Sunday, Sept. 21. “The only reason is just because I never got to talk to him. He publicly said he wasn’t gon’ talk to me. But almost every OG from Harlem and everyone I respect is like, cut this shit. It’s embarrassing.”

Dame went on to propose a sit-down with Cam and 50, arguing “we could resolve this” by talking it out.

, adding that he wanted to “apologize to Harlem” because he knows this has been “embarrassing.”

Also mentioned in Dame’s latest statement, seen in full below, was his recent $300 million legal threat, which saw him accusing Cam of defamation, among other things. Francis Ford Coppola’s Godfather films also again got a mention from Dame, with Fredo’s murder in the second film specifically cited.

“The Black godfather don’t kill his brother,” Dame said. “He teaches his brother.”

Moving forward, Dame said, he’s open to working together with Cam and 50, perhaps on a TV series or film.

“Instead of us talking about each other on fucking social media like clowns, let’s sit down and talk like real men,” he said. “Let’s take this off the street. The street right now is the internet and this shit is corny. So, I don’t wanna fight with y’all no more.”

In the caption of his latest IG update, Dame summarized his intentions.

“Let’s just resolve this and move forward collectively,” he wrote. “Let’s show the world that they can’t divide us over bullshit.”
