Hoodrich Pablo Juan Has Been Released From Prison

Hoodrich Pablo Juan has been released from a Georgia state prison.

The rapper, born Sterling Leroy Pennix Jr., was released on Oct. 19. He was filmed afterward embracing people with a smile on his face.

Back in 2022, Juan was sentenced for violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act. After negotiating a plea, he was sentenced to 15 years, with five to serve and the rest under strict probation. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine.

In October 2020, Juan was one of 46 alleged co-conspirators who was arrested for the RICO.

The accused collectively faced 92 counts of the RICO Act, 59 counts of violations of Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, three counts of trafficking heroin, three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, 24 counts of aggravated assault, four counts of kidnapping, and four counts of murder.

Juan, who was accused of being a member of the Rollin’ 20s Neighborhood Bloods in his RICO case, will now be under probation that prevents him from associating with any gang members or possessing weapons.

While behind bars in 2023, Juan sent a message of support to Young Thug while the latter was going through the YSL RICO trial.

“We do this shit for the hood, we from the hood, we still in the hood,” said Juan. “Y’all know what the fuck going on. Free Slime, man. Keep all the rats, free all the real n****s. Y’all know what the fuck going on man, we never letting up.”
