Cristiano Ronaldo reached another monumental milestone in his legendary career, and then made a viral moment with YouTube star IShowSpeed to celebrate it.

During Al Nassr’s 5–1 victory over Al-Fateh in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday (Oct. 18), Ronaldo scored the 800th club goal of his career, cementing his status as the most prolific scorer in football history. After having a penalty saved in the 59th minute, Ronaldo responded just seconds later by firing in a rebound to hit the historic mark.

But the football spectacle wasn’t the only reason the match dominated social media; the presence of IShowSpeed turned it into an even bigger moment. Speed, a lifelong Ronaldo superfan, was in the stands recording live reactions for his millions of followers online and delivered several viral moments, including exploding in disbelief after Ronaldo’s penalty miss, jumping and screaming after Ronaldo scored, and getting acknowledged by Ronaldo with a wave mid-match.

After the match, the 39-year-old Portuguese superstar walked over to acknowledge Speed in the stands again, but motioned him to help lead the fans in celebration.

In the viral clip, Ronaldo waved at Speed to grab a drum nearby and encouraged him to rally the supporters. Speed wasted no time and did exactly that with a huge grin on his face.

Ronaldo’s historic goal comes after Bloomberg announced he has officially become the first billionaire player in football history. According to Bloomberg, Ronaldo’s net worth is $1.4 billion, with his wealth coming from a combination of on-field earnings, global endorsements, and business ventures built over a two-decade career.
