Gloria and Emilio Estefan Are Considering Suing Diddy Acc…

Gloria and Emilio Estefan might have their day in court following a dismissed lawsuit that involved Diddy.

The couple, who’ve been married for 47 years, were alleged to have an underground human trafficking tunnel between their Star Island residence and Diddy’s. In the dismissed lawsuit, plaintiff Manzaro Joseph claimed that since 2015, he was “drugged, transported against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise.”

The Estefans have maintained their innocence since the lawsuit in the scandal, although Diddy was found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution in his weeks-long racketeering and trafficking case.

The couple recently spoke on the thrown-out case with TMZ and expressed the likelihood of suing Joseph.

Mrs. Estefan said that she was “pleased” about the decision made by Florida Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks and said that the plaintiff will have “some explaining to do.” The musician added that there was “no relief needed” about the dismissed case, as she “wasn’t worried about it.”

“It’s just fantasy,” Mrs. Estefan said, adding, “We had nothing to do with that.”

“It’s said that because we’re neighbors,” she continued. “You get thrown into stuff.”

Mr. Estefan also spoke on the matter, saying that he was “so glad they [threw] the whole thing out of the court.”

“It was ridiculous. They made sure that Beyoncé was there, Jay-Z was there, LeBron was there,” he continued. “None of them was in Miami. We was not in Miami, we was in New York.

Mr. Estefan also maintained that the “tunnel” would’ve been impossible to build since Star Island is “all water.”

“I think that people believe what they hear sometimes, and we’re gonna have to put a lawsuit against them because we work hard,” he continued.

In his separate case, Diddy was found not guilty of the aforementioned racketeering and trafficking. On his transportation charge, he faces up to 20 years in prison and will be sentenced on October 3.
