The New Balance 2000 “Iridescent” brings back that early-2000s tech-runner energy with a finish you notice right away.
The upper mixes black mesh with smooth panels that shift between green, gold, and soft rose, creating a glow that moves as the light changes. It’s the type of detail that made retro runners so fun in that era.
The dark “N” logo sits clean on the side and doesn’t get in the way of the gradient flow. Underfoot, the ABZORB SBS pods carry a light pearl tint, tying the whole look together. The shape still nods to the old 2000-series builds, which gives this pair a bit of history even with the new twist.
The outsole uses a segmented black layout that keeps the shoe flexible and steady. It tucks out of the way into the midsole, allowing the colors to remain the focal point.
The New Balance 2000 “Iridescent” will be released Holiday 2025 and will be available to purchase on NewBalance.com and at select retail locations for $170.
