UPDATE 10/8/25: Fresh in-hand photos of a Nike Air Flightposite “Midnight Navy” that is expected to release November 21, 2025. A noticeable difference from Jason Kidd’s 2000 PE are the “Midnight Navy” zippered shrouds and soles as opposed to the normal black finish, reminiscent of the 2008 House of Hoops exclusive.

Nike brings back another retro favorite with the upcoming Nike Air Flightposite “Midnight Navy” colorway. Unveiled during the SNKRS Showcase, this release revives a cult classic from the early 2000s with a fresh twist.

The sneaker features a striking iridescent Foamposite upper that shifts between deep purple and green tones. Midnight Navy covers the zippered shroud, neoprene tongue, and outsole for a sharp, futuristic contrast. A mini Swoosh and carbon fiber midfoot plate complete the bold design.

Though it’s a new colorway, fans will recognize similarities to Jason Kidd’s 2000 All-Star PE. The design echoes elements from the iconic Eggplant and Carbon Flightposites, adding to its retro appeal. This release also pairs with the upcoming Baroque Brown edition previewed by Nike.
