The Nike Pegasus Premium “Tattoo” is one of those colorways that instantly feels different from the usual Pegasus drops.
Instead of the bright, airy look people know the line for, this pair leans deep into burgundy and sharp ink-style hits that give the shoe a more carved-out feel. It’s a cool shift for a model that’s been pretty straightforward in past seasons.
The upper brings together open mesh, a bit of ripstop, and smooth panels that catch light in a subtle way. You can see little fades and shading across the front of the shoe, almost like someone brushed in darker tones by hand. The wavy overlay on the side adds a clean break, and the glossy Swoosh has this dark, blue-charcoal tint that shows up only when light hits it right.
Nike keeps the ride familiar with ZoomX foam and a visible Air unit in the heel. It’s soft, fast, and very much in line with what Pegasus fans expect.
