Viral Cruise Ship Brawl Seemingly Began Over Chicken Tend…

Several people got together to serve each other fades on a cruise ship, seemingly over chicken tenders.

According to the New York Post, the altercation happened aboard the Carnival Cruise ship, Sunshine, on Aug. 18, around 2 a.m. The ship was reportedly on the last day of its voyage and was headed back to Miami when chaos unfolded.

In a viral video from a content creator Mike Terra, footage of the wild scene shows nearly two dozen brawlers punching, kicking, and slamming each other as security officers try their best to intervene. The chaos is so serious that even though the security officers are doing the best they can do to contain it, people can be heard screaming, “Where the fuck is security?”

At the end of Terra’s 20-second video covering the fight, he reveals the shocking reason that it allegedly happened. “Over chicken tenders is crazy,” he said.

Terra revealed to The Post that he wasn’t sure exactly why the fight started. “We weren’t close enough to know why [the fight] really started, we just knew they were in line for food,” he said.

In his post about the video, Terra made a joke about the situation. “I always hear carnival is ghetto/ratchet I been cruising for years but this my 1st time seeing some action on a ship I was on YNs was tripping,” he wrote in the caption.

This viral brawl is the latest bad news to surface about the Carnival Cruise line. Earlier this month, the Royal Bahamas Police Force revealed that two American nationals died on the same day at Celebration Key in the Bahamas because of “drowning incidents.”
