• Return Policy: NON-REFUNDABLE - FINAL SALE
• Reason: Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature
• Exception: Store credit may be offered in cases of defective products only

✅ Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
All returned items must:

✔️ Include all original packaging, boxes, and accessories
✔️ Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
✔️ Have all original tags and labels attached
✔️ Be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
⚠️ Important: Any signs of use, wear, scuffing, or removal of parts will result in your return being refused and the item returned to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased with cryptocurrency
• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after 30-day window
📦 Return Process
Step 1: Request RMA

We'll provide return instructions and RMA number within 24 hours
Step 3: Ship Return
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Include RMA number on package
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Step 4: Refund Processing
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
• Original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges
Free Exchanges: Available for size or color changes within 30 days
• Same product, different size/color only
• Original item must meet return conditions
• We'll cover shipping for the replacement item
